You give permission for your child to be photographed / videoed in a group and if required added to our website and social media. Please note, no names of any children will be added to the photo tag.

You give consent to allow your email address to be added to our database. Your details will not be shared with anyone else, ever.

You give consent to allow the coach to take your child to the toilet where the coach will wait outside to walk your child back to the courts.

Children at primary school age must be collected in person by their parents in person. Secondary school children are allowed to leave the tennis class on their own unless our coaches are instructed otherwise by the child's parents.

If payment for a class is more than 7 days after the first session there will be an additional £5 administration fee to pay per player. This charge will be administered each week until paid. For example if payment is 14 days late after the first week you will be charged £10.

Sweets can sometimes be given to children as rewards unless our coaches are instructed not to do so by parents.
